Gina Hillis – Broker, Co-Founder
Gina Hillis, the Co-Founder of The Hillis Group real estate team, is a well-established and highly experienced real estate Broker with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction. She uses a consultative, no-pressure approach – first to understand her clients’ needs and preferences, then to personalize the experience of buying and selling property for them. She has been a full time Realtor since 1987 and is active throughout the Greater Toronto area (with an emphasis on Southern Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington).

Garry Hillis – Sales Representative, Co-Founder
Garry Hillis, a Co-Founder of The Hillis Group real estate team, is a highly respected and resourceful real estate professional whose thoughtful outlook and unique skill-set have positioned him to deliver satisfying results to buyers and sellers across the Western GTA. His background in the areas of site assessment, design and construction of homes, have given him a keen eye for property values and market realities.
Garry entered the real estate business in 1986 and quickly proved his capabilities as a negotiator. Adding to his designations of expertise, Garry has recently earned the MCNE designation – Master Certified Negotiation Expert, of which only a handful of people have earned in Canada. Garry’s transparency and communication skills have helped to make him known as a highly respected and resourceful real estate professional. He is honoured to have served on ethics and discipline committees, industry boards and as a Board member, serving as Treasurer, and responsible for multiple project initiatives and Reserve Fund study of condo corporations.
Tara Kennedy – Director of Operations, Controller
Tara supports The Hillis Group real estate team on the administrative side and coordinates transaction processes and client closings.
